What does the app do?

AIS Decision Tool 2026 provides evidence-based clinical decision support for acute ischemic stroke, covering IVT eligibility, EVT candidacy, contraindication checking, and integrated treatment planning — based on the 2026 AHA/ASA guidelines.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → AIS Decision Tool 2026 → Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

Is this app a replacement for clinical judgment?

No. This tool is intended as decision support only. All clinical decisions must be made by a licensed healthcare professional in the context of the individual patient.

Which guidelines does the app use?
